Val-Chris Investments Inc. is a private money lender serving the whole of California since 1975. We specialize in both residential and commercial loans for borrowers and brokers, as well as trust deed purchases for the investor community. Most recently, Val-Chris Investments Inc. has developed a consumer loan program for owner-occupied loans for personal residences, to further assist the borrower community in California. We also believe this will provide tremendous opportunities for trust deed investors when underwritten properly.

Our dedicated staff has more than 60 years of combined real estate experience in the loan brokerage, loan servicing, and escrow areas. Our Irvine, California-based office houses our loan brokerage department as well as our in-house escrow and loan servicing departments, which are there to meet the needs of both borrowers and investors.
